These drawings began as a meditation on living through a catastrophe while our days continue to be filled with kitchen table tasks. Each of these humble drawings is my way to honor the ordinary lives we have lost to COVID 19. I am a COVID survivor, and every ordinary day is a gift.
The drawings document what is on my kitchen table and the tally of worldwide COVID-19 deaths on that day.
